REGION:  AFRICA
A regional workshop was organized from 15 to 17 February 2006, in ECA Headquarters, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. It was attended by 47 participants, representing 27 ECA’s member States.

For coherency and efficiency, two training workshops was organized, one for African English speaking countries and one for African French speaking countries.
